For supporting the use of a variety of brands of automatic ESR analyzer. A relatively long period of time for blood collection because of less blood volume and tube low negative pressure, should wait until the blood stopped flowing into the blood tube. Shaking 5-8 times to make the anticoagulant and blood mixing well. Inappropriate mixing will cause hemolysis, blood coagulation or bleeding blister, and effect the result.
